Great, friendly service. Our room was spacious, clean & organized.
The best in Refurgio. But it has a funny smell, WiFi is so so along with the cable tv.
Enjoyed the stay. Pool outside was clean.
Very disappointing. My parents have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel for out of town guests. My family and I traveled from Las Vegas to move to Refugio County and had wonderful dealings at motels the whole way. My parents reserved us and room and paid prior to our arrival. We got in late (My husband and I and 2 infants) and woke up right as breakfast was ending. The manager had a tray of eggs and such in his hands and very grumpily told us "Breakfast is over!!" We then showered and left to go move into our house. The owner then informed my parents that we destroyed the room and moved all the furniture around. Both he and the manager were SO unprofessional and rude. They had no pictures or proof that anything had been "destroyed"-as it is untrue! My parents always go out of their way to spend money locally, contribute to the community, and treat people well. We will be sending our guests across the street from now on!
We were passing through when my toddlers asthma flared up. The clerk was so accomodating to us! He let us come in and do a breathing treatment in a quiet business room. He brought us a cold washcloth and water to help. Thank you best western!
